Your information.
How information submitted through this website helps us respond to inquiries, manage bookings, and deliver your creative work.
What you share
Depending on the service, you may provide your name, email, phone number, business or social profile, property address, appointment time, access instructions, project notes, and links to footage or photos. Please share only the information needed for your project.
How it is used
Dream Haus uses these details to respond to you, prepare estimates, manage orders and appointments, calculate applicable travel fees, process payment, send confirmations, and complete and deliver the services you request. Booking details are also used for our appointment calendar.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes card payments through the website’s payment form. Dream Haus receives payment status and transaction references; the website’s order database does not store your full card number or card security code. Vercel hosts the website, Neon supports order records, Resend delivers transactional emails, and Google services support address suggestions, maps, route calculations, and appointment scheduling. These providers process information needed for their respective functions under their own privacy terms.
Photo delivery and shared files
Real estate photos are delivered through Aryeo. If your package includes a Zillow 3D tour, property media is submitted to Zillow for processing. For editing, we use the download links you supply to access your source files. A folder set to “anyone with the link” can be accessed by anyone who has that link, so use a project-specific folder and avoid including unrelated or sensitive files.
Browser storage and embedded content
The website uses session storage to remember a checkout draft and whether the welcome animation has played. Embedded services, including Stripe, Google Maps, and the Instagram feed, may receive browser and connection information when they load and may use their own cookies or storage. Their handling of that information is covered by their privacy policies.
Questions and requests
For questions about information you have shared, or to request a correction or deletion, email dreamhausphoto@gmail.com. We may need to verify a request and retain records needed for an active project, transaction, or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
