These service guidelines protect your appointment, our photographers' schedules and the same-day photo delivery promise. They are written to keep things easy—not make booking complicated.
We arrive prepared, communicate when plans change, treat every home respectfully and work efficiently to help you list today.
The property should be cleaned, decluttered and accessible before the appointment. We can make small finishing adjustments, but cannot clean, organize, move furniture or stage the home.
10-minute finishing windowThe agent may choose to have the home photographed as-is or reschedule. A return visit caused by an unprepared property requires a new appointment.
$75 return-trip feeAppointments may be changed without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Changes inside 24 hours may prevent us from filling the reserved time.
$50 late-change feeAccurate access instructions must be provided when booking. If the photographer cannot enter, an occupant refuses access or requested areas are locked, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
$75 return-trip feeMost standard homes are photographed efficiently in approximately 30 minutes. Larger properties, add-ons or unusual conditions may require additional time.
Ground photography continues whenever conditions are safe. Drone service may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, wind, airspace restrictions or FAA requirements. Dream Haus-initiated weather changes do not carry a fee.
Same-day delivery applies to completed HDR photographs. Orders placed late in the day, unusually large properties, extensive revisions or circumstances outside our control may require additional time.
Your Zillow 3D Tour is captured and submitted as part of the Listing Complete package. It becomes available once Zillow finishes processing it.
Every photography package includes one virtual twilight hero image selected from the property's strongest exterior photograph.
Standard HDR processing is included. Object removal, lawn replacement, extensive retouching, furniture removal and other major digital alterations are quoted separately.
Dream Haus Photo retains copyright. The ordering client receives a limited license to market the property while actively representing the listing. Media may not be transferred, resold or reused for another listing or commercial purpose without permission.
If we accidentally miss a requested room included in the original order, we will return to photograph it at no additional charge. New requests or changes made after the appointment may require an additional fee.
By booking, the client confirms they have reviewed these service guidelines and shared the Prep Guide with the seller or occupant.
